Shipping & Delivery Policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the United States and the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Please pay attention to each product page estimated delivery times as this is where you will know what to expect from your order shipping times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing Time

Processing time may include time needed for order verification, fraud bank screening on payment methods, customization, printing and manufacturing (made when ordered) quality check and packaging.

Order processing, printing and manufacturing can take 5-10 business days. 

Our diaper bags are printed and manufactured in our Asian printing headquarters and shipped directly to you. 

Shipping Time

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our Asia-based printing companies to the shipping destination. US orders are shipped by 4PX Express or USPS.

  • After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 15 and 25 days (business days excluding USA holidays and weekends), under our free shipping option, to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
  • We also have faster shipping options for a fee, available to upgrade at checkout. If you choose Express Shipping, this is an expedited shipping charge and your order should be delivered in 5-8 business days, once shipped.

For international orders, we use 4PX Express, where available, and the most economical shipping service available where 4PX Express is not available, depending on where the order is being shipped.  

International orders are charged a minimal flat shipping and handling charge. The customer is responsible for customs and import tax.


Once your order is shipped, your package will be assigned a shipping tracking number. Our shipping is always free regardless of the courier used.

We have a strict policy to email to you your tracking number and the courier in which you can track your shipment. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. Please refer to our returns policy for returning an item.

Our standard policy is that you should receive your order within 20-30 days (business days which exclude weekends and standard major holidays) from the date your order ships with our free shipping option, barring any issues and holding at international customs, and up to 40-45 days for international orders, depending on the shipping destination.

PLEASE NOTE: Import duties, taxes and other customs related charges are not included. Buyers bear all responsibility for all extra charges incurred (if any). Usually, larger items will have a customs related charge.

In addition, refunds are not given for longer than expected delivery times.

Holiday Notice: during the Chinese Spring Festival, usually the last 10 days of January, shipping is delayed because our main printing facility and manufacturer is closed during that time. If you place an order during that time, order processing will resume after the Spring Festival holiday. Thank you for your patience. 

Orders That Are Not Deliverable

If the shipping courier cannot deliver an order due to an address error due to the customers error, or they need to confirm the delivery address with the customer, or any other reason, it is required of the customer to call the shipping company to confirm their address.  If the customer cannot or does not follow through with calling the courier to provide the required information for delivery, their order may be returned to the shipping depot.  The order does not get returned directly to our company (TJtoddles). 

If the customer cannot claim their package with the courier shipping company in a timely manner, the order may get destroyed by customs.  At this point the order is non-refundable and replacements are not made.  The customer must place a new order for new items to be made or shipped, unless the customer purchased shipping protection.

In many cases, a PO Box is not an acceptable address to deliver to, you must input a physical address.  In addition, if your order gets returned by the courier, there may be a re-shipping fee if the address was input incorrectly by the customer.

Shipping Protection

If you added Guide Shipping Protection to your order and now are experiencing issues, please go to to file a claim. Once submitted, a Guide representative will begin processing your claim and follow up with you via email.

Returns & Refunds

Refund and Returns Policy



If 30 days have gone by since your purchase has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

These items are not returnable unless there is a manufacturers defect or misprint:

  • Customized Items
  • Personalized Items (with unique name)
  • Items Designed With Your Photos

For all other items that are not customized in any way, such as the diaper bags with the generic word "Baby" on them, we offer returns and exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the original printer or manufacturer.

We may give a partial refund for items returned after the 30 day window since delivery of your order.  Please contact us at before returning your item if it has been more than 30 days.

We offer remakes at no charge for manufacturers defects, only.


If you qualify for a return, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
It can take up to 3-10 business days for your refund to reach your original form of payment, depending on your bank or financial institution. If you haven’t received a refund in this amount of time, contact your credit card company or bank.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless it is due to a manufacturers defect or misprint.  In the case of a manufacturers defect or misprint, we will issue you a shipping label to use.  Alternately, if you provide photos of the defect or misprint within 24 hours of receiving your order, we may choose to remake your item without the necessity of sending the defective item back to us.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


All our merchandise is of high quality.  Due to differences in monitor settings, backlighting, bag texture and other factors, the colors of your bag may not match exactly what you see online.  When ordering, you agree to accept any slight variations as this is not a factor in approving a refund, exchange or remake of the customers merchandise.
